No vaccinations are required in order to visit France.
If you are not an EU citizen, it is imperative that you take out travel insurance before your departure. EU passport holders have access to the French social security system, which reimburses up to 70% of medical costs.
If travelling with pets, you must provide health certificates and ensure that they have been vaccinated against rabies. Also check with the embassy or consular services that their particular breed is permitted on French territory.
