In the heart of Saint Germain!
No need to choose between the different atmospheres of the neighborhoods on the right and left banks of the Seine. The location of the Luxembourg apartment allows you to discover both ... on foot!
A few minutes walk will allow you to enjoy Notre Dame de Paris Cathedral, the Louvre Museum, and the Tuileries gardens, or even choose the festive atmosphere of the Quartier Latin (Latin Quarter) and Saint Germain.
The apartment is located right beside the magnificent Parc du Luxembourg. A green area offering a breath of fresh air in the heart of Paris, perfect for escaping for a few minutes from the hustle and bustle of the city!
And finally, the proximity of subway lines 4 and 10 (Odéon stop) and the RER B line (Saint Michel Station) offers guest's easy access to all Paris destinations and a direct connection to Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport and almost direct to Orly airport.
The apartment:
Beautifully renovated apartment on the 5th floor of a Haussman style building.
As in many old parisian buildings, there is no elevator. A great way to discover the secret of how Parisians stay slim!
Just a few quick steps and before you know it you’re at home !
The apartment opens straight into the space that we have converted into a sleeping area with sofa bed (140cm) which sleeps two.
To the left you enter the separate living area furnished with a superb corner sofa and a single bed which sleeps one guest (80cm).
Modern fixtures and fittings have not been overlooked: LCD television and Wifi internet connection are at your disposal.
The apartment continues into the dining room, complete with a large dining table at which you can enjoy the meals you have prepared in the fully equipped, semi open plan kitchen.
Your home from home also has a bedroom fitted with double bed (140cm, sleeps two).
Finally, the two bathrooms (the first with shower and the second with bathtub) will help you to relax after a long day of sightseeing.
IMPORTANT : to accommodate a sixth guest the apartment also benefits from an independent room right above the main bedroom. Please note that this attic room is only accessible by the communal stairs; there is no private staircase connecting the apartment with the room. Perfect for a teenage guest who would like a bit of independence!
