The apartment:
This recently renovated apartment is located on the 1st floor (no elevator access) of a traditional Parisian building.
Access to the apartment is through a secured inner courtyard.
The entrance leads immediately onto a large room that comprises of a living-room area and a dining area, which is equipped with a large table on which to take your meals that can be prepared in the separate, fully equipped kitchen.
The living-room has been fitted with all the necessary modern commodities and has been furnished with two sofas for your utmost comfort, one of which can sleep two guests (140cm wide).
The first bedroom is located next to the living-room, and offers guests a double bed (sleeps 2, 140cm wide). The two other bedrooms have been cleverly located at the other end of the apartment for further privacy, and offer guests two single beds each.
The accommodation also comprises of two bathrooms (one with a bath, the other with a shower), as well as a laundry area with a washing-machine and dryer.
