The Fifth apartment is superbly located in the Marais district, right in the heart of Paris.
Whether you wish to visit the Louvre Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Georges Pompidou Centre or even Saint Germain, everything is readily accessible on foot!
Moreover, the close proximity of the Chatelet, Chatelet les Halles, and Hôtel de Ville public transport stops (subway lines 1, 4, 11, 14 and RER A, B and D) will get you to all must-see Paris destinations and also grant you direct access to Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport and nearly direct access to Orly airport via RER B.
The apartment:
This mansard roof studio apartment, on the 5th floor (no elevator) of a traditional Parisian building on a pedestrian street, has undergone a beautiful renovation.
Interiors and décor were tailor-made to guarantee that the beautiful solid oak, exposed structure would be preserved. A rare interior design feature that Parisians love!
The entrance to the apartment immediately leads to a well-equipped open-plan kitchen and also to a cabinet with two integrated single bunk beds (80 cm wide). During the day, these beds can be folded up (as if in a ship's cabin) to make full use of the room’s living space.
The apartment continues through to a living area with a coffee table that can be turned into a dining table in a flash.
At the far end of the room, below the beams, is a super cosy sleeping area which offers a double bed (sleeps 2, 140cm wide).
Modern comfort hasn't been left behind: air conditioning (rare in Paris!), wireless Internet access and an incredible LCD TV are all at your disposal... unless you prefer to daydream the time away while gazing out over the rooftops of Paris from this studio's balcony!
Finally, a magnificent glass brickwork shower will give you the rest and relaxation you need, in superb style.
Moreover, for any stay longer than a week and aside from the final cleaning, the apartment offers a free mandatory housekeeping service once a week (1 hour approx., set up at your convenience) to ensure a carefree stay.
